Luxury hotel with very good service in magnificent location near to the mountains of Montenegro, and center. Amazingly friendly staff, extensive and gorgeous breakfast with the tasty varieties.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Very very bad staff!

The hotel was bright and huge! The staff were incredibly nice and courteous and provided a great service. I had superior double room which was luxurious, very comfy bed. There were central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. The breakfast was gorgeous and tasty, the check in was early. Food was brilliant and I have nothing but wonderful memories from this trip.

the location was marvellous, not too far from bjelasica mountain. there where a market and shops around the hotel. the outdoor restaurant and the outdoor bar were on site.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel nestled in the snowy mountains. This venue has an excellent location right in the center, within walking distance to the main square. I was impressed by the quality of the service and attention to detail, like the shoe shine service and room service. The amenities were top-notch, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and turkish bath. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the various tours and ticket assistance available, making it easy to explore the area.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dinner does not correspond to a 4-star hotel. Service could be better... Hotel seem for quantity not necessarily for quality as the 4-star status suggests.

The hotel was quaint, the staff were exceptionally kind. The superior double room was tastefully decorated, good bed. The service was great and the pool was amazing. All the facilities were good. The food at the outdoor restaurant was outstanding! It made our trip to Kolasin a relaxing experience.

The hotel is fairly clean and big, has genuinely helpful staff and exceptionally nice and easy location close to the centre of Kolasin. It offers extensive and savoury breakfasts with the tasty varieties.

I must say, the value for money at the hotel was definitely worth it. Our room was cozy and comfortable, providing a great stay experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in a cute town with simple, yet excellent, restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel treated us with kindness, warmth, and utmost helpfulness throughout our stay.
